Carol Remz

“Learning keeps us going.” This belief has been the foundation of Carol’s working career as a teacher after receiving her BS in 1966 and MAT (Master of Arts in Teaching) in 1967 from Cornell University. And after receiving her PhD in Educational Technology from Catholic University in 1977 and shifting to adult education and training. For thirty years, her company GuideWare, Inc. led the development of instructor-facilitated, video- based, and online training programs for the employees of Fortune 500 companies, federal and state agencies, private businesses, and non-profits. Integral to the training were concrete ways to measure learning’s key goal: change for the better in what people, do, achieve, and feel.

Struggling with a diminishing libido after menopause, Carol began to believe that as a senior, sex didn’t matter, and lack of desire was an inevitable part of aging. This was not acceptable to her lusty, “I’ll do anything you want,” seven-years-younger husband. So, Carol went on the search for empowering knowledge and skills about sex and sexual pleasure’s benefits to our physical and mental well-being. After eight years of research—health, the brain, plant-based medicinals, communication—personal attitude adjustments, in-the-flesh application, some intimacy coaching, and learning to be mindful: Eureka!

Now, Carol’s mission is to promote empowering knowledge and skills and mindsets for postmenopausal women who want to continue having sexual pleasure’s well-being benefits, universal sex positivity, and her hope for everyone living life with an abundance of love.

In her eighth decade of life, Carol is blessed to be a besotted grandmother, proud mother, adoring mother-in-law and cherished wife. Carol’s leisure passions are reading, movies, and travel to nature’s beautiful environments and cities, where the diversity of people and cultures and food delight.
